[Abstract] Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) is a distinct subset of T-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. As a consequence of its low incidence, general pathogenic consideration of ALCL is lacking. In this review, we summarize the pathogenesis, epidemiology, clinical manifestations, and treatment of ALCL, so as to better understand key stages of the development of this disease and provide valuable information for future treatment.
